WhatsApp as always is providing newer updates and features to its users. Now, in a recent move, the platform is rolling out a multi-device support update to its web and desktop users. However, this is an update that allows bugs fixes and other improvements. Moreover, the same update will soon be available to Android and iOS users.
Although we’re waiting for a new version for multi-device. This version allows linking a secondary mobile device to your WhatsApp account. To recall, eight months ago, WhatsApp gave early access to join the multi-device beta on for Android and iOS.

When you join the multi-device beta, you can use WhatsApp on up to four linked desktop devices at the same time, without requiring an active Internet connection on your phone. Since it was a beta, everyone couldn’t decide to opt-in and opt-out at any time. However, WhatsApp is aware that some features are missing, like the ability to generate link previews, broadcast lists, missing chat with your own phone number, and more. But they are working on bringing these features in the next releases.

WhatsApp expects to roll out the same changes and more improvements to all iOS users by the end of this month. Whereas, Android users will get them in April. All of this ensures the best security experience through end-to-end encryption while using multi-device.
WhatsApp is also working to simplify the app for Business users. With this under-development update, Businesses can see orders in one place and can manage easily as well.
