When Airtel recharge plan prices got hiked very recently, it took the internet by storm. Joining the price hike race, Vodafone Idea prepaid recharge plan prices are now all set to receive a price hike as well. This has been done to ease the financial stress the industry is currently under. To be precise, 20-25 per cent increase in tariff has been imposed by the telecom operator.
The new Airtel prepaid recharge plan prices will go live on November 26, 2021. Meanwhile, Vodafone Idea prepaid recharge plan price will be updated to the new prices a day early on November 25. This, up to a certain degree, also seems like a move to stay updated alongside its rival, Airtel.

This definitely will make Vodafone Idea significantly expensive than what is is now. With the telecom industry going through a financial turmoil, one can only expect other service providers to join the price hike race.
