The recent launch of the Vivo X Note as well as the Vivo X Fold has kept the company in the headlines for quite a few weeks. They have also announced a Vivo X Note Aerospace Edition phone, which will come with a meteorite pendant. This phone will come with a pendant on a leather strap, and the strap will contain a shard of Achondrite meteorite from the Moon. The mineral will be placed in a glass case and attached to the leather strap.
Besides containing the Achondrite meteorite shard, this special edition phone will special and more premium packing. It will be sky blue in color with a black rear camera enclosure.

Vivo X Note Aerospace Edition Specifications and Price
This special edition of the Vivo X Note offers the same storage specifications as its base version. The phone comes with 12GB RAM and 256GB inbuilt storage. The base model costs CNY 6,499 (approx. Rs.77,000) in China, but the price of the Aerospace Edition is not known yet. The phone will be available for sale from today through April 22, 2022 through the official website and also on JD.com website.

The Vivo X Note comes with a 7-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone features a curved screen that has a hole-punch cutout at the top centre for the front camera. The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. It comes with a 5,000mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging support and 50W wireless charging support.
Besides a robust front camera, the phone also comes with a rear quad-camera setup. It includes a 50-megapixel main camera, a 48-megapixel ultrawide camera, a 12-megapixel portrait camera with 2x zoom and an 8–megapixel periscope camera with 5x zoom support.

This is not the first time a phone company is offering a special edition smartphone with precious rocks or minerals. Luxury brand Caviar had launched a series of special edition iPhones with meteorite fragments, precious metals and stones on the back. They had also unveiled a a special edition of Huawei Mate 40 Pro with a fragment of a meteorite that fell to Earth from Mars.
