Launch Date in India

Vivo V21e 5G’s launch date is June 24th. However, it will be an online-only event that will be live-streamed on the company’s YouTube channel. The launch event will start at 5pm IST.

Price in India (Expected)

According to a tipster the tech guy, the 8GB RAM + 128GB variant of the handset will cost Rs. 24,990 in the country. However, it is not clear if this is the only storage-memory variant in which the Vivo V21e 5G will retail in the Indian market.

Specifications Expected

According to leaks, the phone will power on the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset paired with 8GB RAM. This is in line with the Geekbench listing from last month. Additionally, we learned that the phone will feature a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display and 128GB internal storage. The Vivo V21e 4G model supports a microSD card slot, so we expect to see the same support on the Vivo V21e 5G version as well.

In terms of camera, Vivo V21e 5G will come equipped with a 64MP primary sensor and an 8MP secondary wide-angle lens on the back. At the front, the phone will offer a 32MP selfie camera. This setup is different from the 4G model, which offers 64MP triple rear cameras, with the addition of a 2MP macro lens, and a 44MP front-facing camera. Furthermore, the V21e 5G can pack a 4,000mAh battery and 44W fast charging solution.
