Vivo is gearing up for the launch of its S9 series next month. If we recall, specs and details on the S9 have already leaked online. However, a new leak reveals information about the cheaper variant of the upcoming series, Vivo S9e. It is an offshoot variant of the regular variant launching in March. In addition to the specs of the phone, the price is also tipped online.

However, there is no confirmation on the launch date of Vivo S9e or even the series as of now. Rumors also suggest it will pack a larger battery of 4100mAh compared to Vivo S9.
Vivo S9e Price (Expected)
A Chinese tipster going by the name Arsenal (translated) has shared information about a work-in-progress S9e. The tipster claims that the Vivo S9e may come for a price of CNY 2,298 (roughly Rs. 25,700) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model. Whereas, it will be costing CNY 2,598 (roughly Rs. 29,000) for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model.

VivoS9e Specifications (Expected)
As for specifications, it can feature a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a waterdrop-style notch and a 90Hz refresh rate. Moreover, it will also come with MediaTek Dimensity 820 SoC. Vivo S9e will pack a 4,100mAh battery with 33W Flash Charge support.
Additionally, it can also feature a triple rear camera setup with a 64-MP ultra-wide-angle primary lens. Upfront, the phone can have a 32-MP Samsung GD1 sensor.

According to the leaks, Vivo S9e can be the same Vivo phone that was spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking website recently. The listing revealed the phone with model number Vivo V2048A has 8GB of RAM and Android 11 OS.
