The Geekbench listing reveals that the Motorola G100 specifications will include the Snapdragon 870 chipset and 8GB of RAM, along with the Android 11 operating system. These specifications relate well to the Motorola Edge S device, as it too is available with the same processor and up to 8GB RAM in China. The Geekbench listing shows the phone scored 957 points in the single-core test and 2815 points in the multi-core test. Tipster Evan Blass also said that the Motorola Edge S will launch globally as the Moto G100.

Considering the Motorola G100 is the global variant of the Edge S, it should share most of its specifications. This means Moto G100 specifications would include a 6.7-inch 90Hz display with FHD+ resolution and HDR10 support. It will also offer 5G support and get a quad-rear camera setup with a primary 64-megapixel sensor. The phone would also house a 5,000mAh battery with support for 20W fast charging, a headphone jack, and IP52 splash-resistance rating.
