Meta has made a new update on Instagram. Now, you can post the videos on Instagram Notes. Meta continually releases new updates and features for Instagram. The company recently introduced a new feature that allows users to add videos to their notes.
An update to Notes, his Instagram feature launched last December. Before that, notes were limited to text-based updates, similar to historical AIM status messages. Now, users can add videos, the Meta announced Wednesday for Instagram.

What Is The Instagram Video Notes Update?
Instagram Notes got a new update on Wednesday that will allow you to post videos to Notes. Video notes entitle you to post 2-second videos and disappear after 24 hours, similar to text-based status updates and stories. This comes after Instagram Notes now supports audio statuses, allowing you to share your favourite songs with others.
Video Notes is something different, you should know. So, you can only share content recorded with your device’s front camera. Additionally, content can only be captured with the Instagram app on your smartphone. Ergo, you can’t upload clips from your phone’s gallery.

Posting Method Of Video Notes
If you want to post a video note on Instagram, follow these steps: Open the Instagram app and go to your direct message inbox. The Notes option appears as a “+” icon above all groups. Add a new note by simply clicking the icon. A camera icon will appear for adding a video memo. Press and hold the blue button below to start recording the video. When you’re satisfied with the video, release the blue button.

You can preview your loop before sharing. Optionally, you can also add text captions below the video to provide context or additional information. Next, choose who can view your video notes. You have the option to choose the “Mutual Followers” or “Close Friends” in 24 hours. Tap Share to get public your video note.
