No Man’s Sky receiving a Nintendo Switch adaptation is terrific news for fans of the exploration adventure as more third-party titles arrive on the Nintendo Switch. The Nintendo Switch has less powerful hardware than other consoles. But that hasn’t deterred developers from bringing their games to the portable. According to Hello Games, there were issues with No Man’s Sky’s procedural generation system on the Switch.
Because of how strongly No Man’s Sky relies on procedural generation, the creators had to try several different approaches. One to make the game work properly on both docked and mobile devices. Other games, such as Apex Legends and Kingdom Hearts, have had similar difficulties and have used cloud gaming to fix them.
No Man’s Sky had undergone about 15 patches since its release in 2016 when many gamers complained that the game didn’t live up to its promises and accused the makers of misleading them with their marketing campaigns.

There was a lot of excitement and scepticism around the announcement of No Man’s Sky during the Nintendo Direct presentation. However, it depicts that third-party games have made progress on the Switch with a few technological tweaks. Since its release in 2017, the handheld has continued to grow in sales, ultimately overtaking the iconic Wii.
