Tecno launched its latest Tecno Phantom X2 Pro 5G in India today. The smartphone debuted in the country as a more powerful version of the Tecno Phantom X2 5G that arrived earlier this month. It features a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup with a retractable portrait lens and a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC.

The newly released handset can be prebooked in India via Amazon at Rs. 49,999. It is available in a single 12GB + 256GB storage configuration. Additionally, the company offers the smartphone in two colour variants- Mars Orange and Stardust Grey. The handset will go live for sale in the country on January 24, 2023.
Tecno Phantom X2 Pro 5G: Specifications
The handset features a 6.8-inch full-HD Plus curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. It comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC along with Mali-G710 MC10 GPU and 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. Moreover, the smartphone provides the option to get up to 5GB of Memory Fusion virtual RAM. The handset comes with a 5,160mAh battery and 45W fast charging support. It also includes 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
Regarding camera configuration, the handset features a triple rear camera unit. Including a 50-megapixel retractable portrait lens, along with 50-megapixel and 13-megapixel secondary and tertiary sensors. This setup offers 2.5x optical zoom and is capable of recording 4K videos. Additionally, it comes with a 32-megapixel front camera with HDR support. Moreover, the smartphone is also equipped with an Imagiq 790 image signal processor.
