TCL has launched their TCL X20 SE and TCL 20A 5G smartphones in the U.S market. Both the smartphones are entry-level devices. Way back in January of this year, the brand launched their TCL 20 5G and TCL 20 SE. The newly launched devices seem to fall under the same lineup of devices, going by the monikers. Without any further ado, here is a quick rundown of all the details.

TCL X20 SE Specifications
The TCL X20 SE features a 6.52-inch HD+ LCD display. Talking about the resolution, it sports 720 x 1600 pixels. When it comes to software, the smartphone runs on Android 11 OS with the TCL UI custom skin on top.
On the processor front, the TCL X20 SE is powered by the MediaTek Helio P22 SoC. The octa-core chipset pairs up with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. There is also a microSD card slot for expansion.
For photos and videos, the smartphone comes with a triple rear camera setup. The setup includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor and two 2-megapixel sensors for depth and macro shots, respectively. At the front, the device sports a 5-megapixel selfie shooter.

Talking about its battery, the X20 SE packs a big 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The device uses a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer. It also packs all the essential connectivity options. These include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and a 3.5mm headphone jack. There is also a rear-facing fingerprint scanner for security.
TCL 20A 5G Specifications
The TCL 20A 5G comes with the same display as the TCL X20 SE model. Moreover, this is an HD+ display as well. When it comes to the software, the entry-level device runs on Android 11 OS with the TCL UI custom skin on top.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC, which is the most affordable 5G chipset currently. The octa-core chipset pairs up with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Further, there is also a microSD card slot for expansion. has a 6.52-inch HD+ display.
Moving to optics, the smartphone features a better triple rear camera setup than the TCL X20 SE. The setup includes a 16-megapixel primary sensor alongside a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor. At the front, the device sports a 13-megapixel selfie shooter.
On the battery front, the TCL 20A 5G packs a smaller 4,500mAh battery when compared to the TCL X20 SE. The battery comes with 18W fast charging support as well. The device uses a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer. Besides, it comes with similar connectivity options as the TCL X20 SE apart from having 5G.
Pricing and Availability
The TCL X20 SE price in the U.S has been set at $160. Now, this particular price tag converts to roughly Rs. 12,000 in the Indian currency. When it comes to the availability of the devices, they are already up at Metro by T-Mobile.

On the other hand, the TCL 20A 5G price is currently under wraps. However, it is not known whether the smartphones will make their way to the Indian market or not.
