Several rumours in the past had suggested that the Samsung Galaxy S22 FE was cancelled to reallocate chips to the Galaxy S22 Ultra. However, several tipsters now suggest that the handset might still be at work. Samsung may be working to unveil the smartphone after launching the Galaxy S23 series in February.
According to tipster @OreXda, the smartphone could be coming soon along with the Galaxy Buds 2 Live. Additionally, this could be the last Galaxy S series smartphone to feature a Fan Edition variant. In contrast, tipster Dohyun Kim says the handset may never see the light of day.

Specifications (Expected)
The company hasn’t confirmed the existence or specifications of the handset. However, according to tipster RGcloudS, the smartphone may unveil after the first Galaxy Unpacked event. The tips suggest that the device may unveil alongside the Galaxy Tab S8 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 series. The device can feature a Samsung ISOCEL HM6 108-megapixel primary camera. Additionally, it may come with a 4nm Exynos 2300 SoC.
However, tipster OreXda says that the Exynos 2300 is a prototype chip and might not feature on the final product. Instead, it may feature an Exynos 2200 SoC or a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. Rumours suggest that the smartphone may be available at the same price rate as the Samsung Galaxy A73, which was available at Rs. 41,999 at the time of its launch in India.
Tipster RGcloudS claims that the handset will replace the Galaxy A74, which may not arrive in 2023. The tipster further reveals that the S22 FE handset may launch in the US on February 1 2023. However, these are all rumours, and the company hasn’t confirmed or revealed anything.
