Redmi Pad SE Leak: Xiaomi’s sub-brand, Redmi, is said to be in the process of developing an upcoming tablet called the Redmi Pad SE. An unannounced product listing on Kimovil has unveiled some specifications and images of this tablet. In a recent update, Appuals has now disclosed the comprehensive specifications of the device.
Expected Specifications
The dimensions of the Redmi Pad SE stand at 255.53 x 167.08 x 7.36mm, and it carries a weight of 478 grams. Its display encompasses an 11-inch LCD panel boasting a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen offers a pixel density of 207ppi, a peak brightness of 400 nits, a contrast ratio of 1500:1, and covers 70 percent of the NTSC color gamut. Also, the device achieves an impressive 84 percent screen-to-body ratio.
Running under the hood is the Snapdragon 680 chip, accompanied by 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The tablet operates on Android 13, featuring the MIUI for Pad overlay. Powering the device is an 8,000mAh battery, charged through a USB-C port at 10W. As per the report, the tablet delivers up to 21 hours of video playback or up to 12 hours of gaming.
For photography, the Redmi Pad SE houses an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. Also, a Dolby Atmos-tuned quad speaker system enhances the audio experience.
Security-wise, the tablet offers a face unlock feature in lieu of a fingerprint scanner. Additional features include a virtual ambient light sensor, an accelerometer, and a hall sensor. Furthermore, the tablet also supports the Redmi Stylus for Pad.
