Redmi Note 13 Series India Launch Announced, To Arrive On This Day

Xiaomi has confirmed the launch of the Redmi Note 13 Series in India. The Redmi Note series, which made its debut in China, consists of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13, Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro and Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus.

Redmi Note 13 Series To Arrive On January 4

Xiaomi has revealed in a post on X(Formerly Twitter) that the Redmi Note 13 will launch in the country on January 4, 2024. The company posted an image with the caption: SuperPower, SuperNote.

Furthermore, the Chinese giant has also created a dedicated page for the launch event of these three phones. There is a Notify button to alert users about the updates and teasers about the upcoming phones.

Xiaomi previously teased the launch of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ in India, with the launch taking place in early January. The phones will compete against the upcoming Realme 12 series in the country.

Note 13 Expected Specifications

The Redmi Note 13 Series includes the Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus. Starting with the Redmi Note 13, it sports a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The MediaTek Dimensity 6080 chipset powers the phone paired with up to 12GB of RAM. It runs on MIUI 14, based on Android 13, and comes with up to 256GB of storage.

For optics, the phone has a 108-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.

The Redmi Note 13 packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W charging. Furthermore, the phone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and an IP54 rating.

The Redmi Note 13 and Note 13 Pro+ boast a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, both screens have Dolby Vision support with Gorilla Glass Victus for protection.

The Redmi Note 13 Pro uses the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, while the Pro+ has the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra chipset. Furthermore, both phones have up to 16GB RAM and 512GB of storage.

Both run on MIUI 14 based on Android 13 out of the box. The Redmi Note 13 Pro series phones have a 200-megapixel primary camera with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultrawide and a 2-megapixel macro.
