Xiaomi launched their Redmi Note 10 series of smartphones earlier this year. The series consists of the vanilla Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10 Pro, Redmi Note 10 Pro Max and the Redmi Note 10S in the country. Now, the company is planning on launching yet another device to add to the already stacked series. The Redmi Note 10 Lite has surfaced online and it will reportedly launch in India soon.
However, there is a catch. The device will most likely be just a rebadged version of the Redmi Note 9 Pro, which was launched last year, as noted tipster Kacper Skrzypek reports. He took to his official Twitter handle to reveal this piece of information. Other popular tipsters like Mukul Sharma retweeted his tweet to further spread the information.
What many would otherwise consider to be basically unnecessary, may be just Xiaomi hiding something under its sleeve. The company may be having other plans for the Note 10 series of devices. However, for the time being, it does seem like the Redmi Note 10 Lite is actually just a rebadged version of the 2020’s Note 9 Pro, going by the model number in the leaked images.
