These people are about to get another treat as Redmi’s General Manager Lu Weibing has revealed that the Redmi K50 series will be hitting the shelves in China.     What Can We Expect?

    The expectation from the event on 16 February 2022, as teased by Redmi officials, is that the K50 series will debut. It is also being heard that there will be four songs as part of this release. The phones are termed as Redmi K50, Redmi K50 Pro, Redmi K50 Pro+, Redmi K5o Pro Gaming Edition.

    According to the rumours, the Gaming Edition will have Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. This is one of the best processors in this age. The K50 is rumoured to be having Snapdragon 870 SoC while the other two phones, the K50 Pro and the Redmi K50 Pro+ might be having MediaTek Dimensity 8000 and MediaTek Dimensity 9000 respectively. All these devices will run on Android 12 with MIUI on top of it. K50 Pro+ is to have a 108-megapixel back camera while the K50 Pro will be having a 64-megapixel one. The base model will house a 48-megapixel primary back camera.
    The Gaming Edition will also have a 4700mAh battery with 120W charging out of box. The phone is also tipped to be having top of the line haptic engine.

    Redmi, once again, is looking to bring out a pathbreaking line up of smartphones with options for everyone. The Gaming Edition is also supposed to mechanical triggers to enhance the gaming experience. The device might also come out as POCO F4 GT.
