Redmi 13 5G With Glass Back Launched At This Affordable Price

Xiaomi has introduced a new smartphone in India, the Xiaomi Redmi 13 5G, with an attractive glass-back design. It is the successor to the popular Xiaomi Redmi 12 5G from last year and brings some much-needed upgrades. The company also unveiled some other products to commemorate its 10th anniversary in India. These include the Xiaomi Redmi Buds 5C and two new power banks. Here is everything you need to know about the Redmi 13 5G, including its price and specifications.

Redmi 13 5G Price In India

The Xiaomi Redmi 13 5G starts in India at Rs.13,999 for the base variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The 8GB and 128GB models retail for Rs.15,499.

In addition, buyers will get a Rs.1,000 discount as part of a bank discount or an exchange bonus of Rs.1,000.It will go on sale from July 12 on Xiaomi India, Amazon and leading retail stores in Hawaiian Blue, Orchid Pink and Black Diamond colours

The company also announced the Redmi 5C earbuds, which will cost Rs.1,999 apart from two new 10,000mAh power banks, with the Pocket Power bank costing Rs.1,699 and Power Bank 4i retailing for Rs.1,299.

Redmi 13 Specifications

The Xiaomi Redmi 13 5G sports a 6.79-inch Full-HD+ IPS LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. It has a peak brightness of 550 nits and Gorilla Glass 3 for protection.

The Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 Accelerated Edition powers the phone, paired with up to 8GB of RAM. It runs on HyperOS based on Android 14 and offers 128GB of storage, expandable via microSD card.

For optics, you get a 108-megapixel primary Samsung HM6 sensor apart from a 2-megapixel macro sensor. On the front, there is a 13-megapixel selfie shooter.
