The Realme X7 Max 5G postponed its launch due to the second COVID-19 wave in India. It was also the celebration of their third anniversary.

In a post on Twitter, Realme’s CEO wrote, “After careful consideration, #realme has decided to postpone the upcoming smartphone and AIoT products’ launch along with anniversary celebrations. In these difficult times, let’s focus on contributing as much as possible.” He also added, “Stay home, Stay strong! We will be back soon! For now, the company advises everyone to stay inside and follow social distancing.
Realme has cancelled its upcoming launches and anniversary celebrations. It means that upcoming Realme smart TVs postponed as well.

The Realme X7 Max 5G is a recycled version of Realme GT Neo that earlier launched in China. The new feature of this phone will be the new MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chip, right now which is the best mobile chip MediaTek offers. The Density 1200 supports 5G networks and can host two 5G SIM cards together.
Realme was about to hit the celebration on May 4th. As mentioned above, it was the third anniversary as well. For now, there is no other date announced by the company for this new launch.

We can only assume Realme to launch their product and celebration once the COVID-19 situation reduces in the country. Last year also, many brands delayed their product launches and sale dates during the attack of the COVID-19 pandemic in India.
