Realme has made a microsite live for the Realme X7 Max 5G. It hints that it will be the first in the country to feature MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset. Meanwhile, the leaks on the same have surfaced online for quite some time now. We are expecting the launch to happen soon considering how the brand is officially teasing the device now. However, the launch stands delayed to the current situation of coronavirus pandemic in the country.

Furthermore, Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth has separately posted an image of the smartphone on his social media. It also shows a Realme GT Neo-like design. In the past weeks, there are speculations that the Realme X7 Max 5G is a rebrand of Realme GT Neo. Alongside, the microsite also teases that Realme has partnered with Asphalt 9 Legends mobile racing game. However, the details of the partnership have not been mentioned as of yet.
According to the microsite, Realme X7 Max 5G is confirmed to come with a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset. Additionally, it will be the first smartphone to come with the SoC in India. Realme has also posted the AnTuTu benchmark scores for the device that is more than 700,600. Moreover, the site also mentions it will come with “two 5G” sim slots. Meanwhile, the tweet also shows off a photo of the phone’s back panel. The design shows that it is indeed similar to the Realme GT Neo that recently launched in China in March. The image shows that the smartphone sports “Realme” and “Dare to Leap” on the back along with a blue-ish purple gradient finish.

If Realme X7 Max 5G is indeed a rebranded variant of Realme GT Neo, we can expect the below-mentioned specs in the device. To recall, Realme GT Neo features a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED full-HD+ display along with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it powers on the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC pairing with up to 12GB of RAM. In addition, the smartphone could have up to 256GB of internal storage that will be further expandable via a microSD card. The Realme X7 Max 5G could come with a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
