  • Realme came out with the Realme Q5i smartphone in China as part of the company’s new Q5 lineup. This new series will also include the vanilla Realme Q5 5G, which will be available during the April 20 launch event. MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC powers the new Q5i phone which supports dual-5G connections simultaneously. It has a 5,000mAh battery that provides up to 34 days of standby time. The battery is also capable of 33W fast charging.

    The company is openly teasing the phones’ features and hardware details before their release, giving us a sense of what to expect. While we wait for the announcement, leakster Panda has revealed the specifications for the Realme Q5 5G. We’re still waiting to see if these models will be sold in India.

    Realme Q5i Price, Availability

    The Realme Q5i is only available in China for the time being. The 4GB RAM + 128GB onboard storage variant costs CNY 1,199. (roughly Rs. 14,300). The 6GB RAM + 128GB onboard storage model, on the other hand, costs CNY 1,299 (roughly Rs. 15,500). For this handset, Realme has provided Graphite Black and Obsidian Blue colour options.

    In addition The Realme Q5i, on the other hand, is to have a 6.58-inch LCD FHD+ display. MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset may power the smartphone and run on a 5,000mAh battery.

    In the front, there is a waterdrop-style notch for the selfie camera. It also has a 13-megapixel dual rear camera setup with night mode, AI ID photography, and portrait mode features. Its 5,000mAh battery supports 33W fast charging and provides up to 95 hours of music playback.

    The Realme Q5i has an 8.1mm ultra-thin body with a textured Kevlar fibre design. It runs Realme UI 3.0, which is based on Android 12. Dual Hi-Res certified speakers comes with the handset.

    The smartphone has a quick side-mounted fingerprint sensor for instant unlocking. Its dynamic RAM expansion feature adds up to 5GB of memory to the handset, allowing it to perform better.

    Specifications

    The phone will have dual cameras, one with 13-megapixel resolution and the other with a 2-megapixel resolution. On the front, a 8-megapixel sensor for selfies and video chats is to be come soon.

    It will be 16343.8 x 75.1 x 8.1 mm in size and 190 grammes in weight. TENAA certification has been by two smartphones, model numbers RMX3372 and RMX3574. The RMX3372 will now be known as the Realme Q5 Pro, while the RMX3574 will be known as the Realme Q5i, according to the latest leak.

    Separately, TENAA certified another Realme phone, model number RMX3571. According to the listing, it has a 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD display, a 2.4GHz octa-core processor, extending to 12GB RAM storage.

    It could have a fingerprint sensor on the side for security, a 5000mAh battery, and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera. On the back of the phone, there will be a 48-megapixel dual-camera setup. There is a chance that the MX3571 will be out in China as the Realme Q5.
