Just as MediaTek unveiled the Dimensity 810 and Dimensity 920 5G chipsets, Realme makes a new announcement. Madhav Sheth confirms they will be the first to launch a phone powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset. However, he did not name the Realme phone. To recall, we reported on a Realme phone namely Realme 8s revealing its specifications and design. The 8s will arrive with 5G connectivity alongside a triple rear camera setup. Additionally, the device also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner as well. Now, Realme has almost teased the same.
Here is what we can expect in the Realme phone: Dimensity 810 is a mid-range 5G chipset and successor to the Dimensity 800. The new chipset offers faster clock speeds compared to its predecessor. According to MediaTek, the Dimensity 810 is equipped with Cortex-A76 cores clocked up to 2.4GHz. The chipset comes with a fully integrated 5G modem. Moreover, the Dimensity 810 supports up to 120Hz displays and 64MP cameras.

According to @OnLeaks, Realme phone namely 8s will come with a big 6.5-inch display. Additionally, the display will come with a fast 90Hz refresh rate. When it comes to the software, the smartphone will run on Android 11 with the Realme UI 2.0 custom skin on top. On the processor front, the Realme 8s is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC. Moreover, this octa-core chipset comes with 5G connectivity support as well. Additionally, the processor will pair up with two RAM options, that is, 6GB and 8GB. Also, we will see an additional 5GB of virtual RAM support as well on the Realme phone. Furthermore, the smartphone will also come with 128GB and 256GB internal storage options.
