Why Realme is skipping Realme Narzo 40?

For those who are curious, as to why the company is skipping the ‘Narzo 40’ in the series and straight to Realme Narzo 50A – we can go back to its history. Historically, the number 4 is bad luck in China, which is probably why Chinese companies like Realme and OnePlus have avoided the number. Till now, Realme did not launch the Realme 4 series or the X4 series. Just like OnePlus jumped from OnePlus 3 to OnePlus 5.
