  • Realme GT Neo 5 5G is reportedly in the work and is likely to go official in February during the Mobile World Congress (MWC 2023). However, ahead of its launch, the handset has been spotted on benchmarking website Geekbench, hinting at its key specifications. The listing shows the handset with model number RMX3708. As per the TENAA certification website listing, that leaked previously, this model number is associated with the Realme GT Neo 5.

    The listing reveals some key specifications, including the RAM, OS, and chipset details of the handset.     The upcoming handset will likely feature a 6.74-inch OLED display with a full-HD Plus resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen1 SoC along with Adreno GPU, up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. Moreover, the smartphone will likely run on Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 custom skin out of the box. Regarding camera configuration, the handset features a triple rear camera unit which includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX90 primary camera. Along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor.

    Additionally, it comes with a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chats. The smartphone is tipped to arrive in two variants with different battery capacities — a 4,600mAh with 240W fast charging. And a 5,000mAh battery with 150W fast charging. Moreover, it will come with an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. Lastly, the handset includes connectivity options such as 5G connectivity, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data sync.
