Realme has revealed that the Realme GT 3 5G will be available internationally on February 28. The new Realme GT 3 will come standard with 240W fast charging functionality. The GT 3 is likely to be available as a rebadged version of the GT Neo 5G from China, which was released earlier this month. Realme has officially announced that another GT 3 will be available in China.
Realme Vice President Xu Qi Chase verified (via) that the GT 3 5G will be available in China later this year. Chase did not offer a specific launch date or month but affirmed that the GT 3 will be available by the end of this year. Let’s take a closer look at the Realme GT 3 series launch timetable, specifications, and other currently available information that is now available.
The Realme GT 3 series will be different in China from the one available internationally on February 28. The Chinese version will be available later this year. According to the manufacturer, the GT 3 worldwide model will already enable 240W fast charging. The worldwide model is anticipated to be a rebadged Chinese GT Neo 5 5G. Realme GT 3 Series specs and launch date
Chase said that the GT 3 series will debut in China at the end of this year. At present, he has not confirmed any specs. According to the launch calendar, the Chinese version of the GT 3 series might have the next Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Processor, which may likely ship in October 2023. There’s also a possibility that the GT 3 series China edition may feature the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 Chipset.
Qualcomm has yet to confirm the existence of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 SoC or the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, much alone the launch date. A Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Processor runs the GT Neo 5 5G. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC will likely include a new 1+5+2 cluster configuration, implying it will have one Prime Core and five performance cores.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC currently has a 1+4+3 configuration. If this is accurate, it will be fascinating to observe how the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC handles heating and thermal concerns, assuming any exist.
The GT 3 series will not be available in China for some months. Meanwhile, keep an eye out for the GT 3’s global debut, which will be reveal on February 28. The India launch date and pricing information should be available shortly after the worldwide debut.
