Back in September this year, Realme launched their Realme 8i in India. Now, the brand is all set to launch its successor, the Realme 9i, soon. The 9i is the base model in a series of four models, namely, the Realme 9, Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro Plus. This lineup was unveiled by a recent report. The base model has surfaced online and this time, we get to know of its global launch details.
The Realme 9i will be the very first in the series to go official. According to a new report by The Pixel, the device will be launching sometime in January, 2022. Noted tipster Chun spots this and immediately takes to his Twitter to report it. Further, Chun states in his tweet that the brand actually wanted to launch the 9 and 9 Pro models first. However, due to the ongoing global chip shortage they have ultimately decided to launch the 9i instead.
