Poco has launched its budget smartphone, Poco M4 Pro 4G in India today. It also launched globally at an MWC 2022 briefing. This comes soon after the brand launched its POCO M4 Pro 5G in the country. It will be available to purchase in India via Flipkart, along with the official website. Let’s have a look at what the smartphone has in store for us.
Poco M4 Pro 4G price in India starts at Rs. 14,999 for the base variant with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. Then there’s the 6GB + 128GB model that costs Rs. 16,499, while the top variant has an 8GB + 128GB configuration and carries a price tag of Rs. 17,999. Buyers will also get a flat Rs. 1,000 discount on purchases made using HDFC Bank debit and credit cards. Meaning the prices come down to Rs. 13,999, Rs. 15,499, and Rs. 16,999, respectively.

Furthermore, Poco M4 Pro 4G will be available for purchase via Flipkart on March 7, 2022, at 12 pm IST (noon).
Poco M4 Pro 4G Specifications
It flaunts a 6.43-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device draws power from a MediaTek Helio G96 chipset and Android 11-based MIUI 13 skin paired with ads-free POCO Launcher 2.0 out of the box.

POCO M4 Pro packs up to 8GB RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. It supports Dynamic RAM expansion technology giving the device an additional 3GB of virtual RAM.
In terms of camera, the Poco M4 Pro 4G sports a triple rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera with a 118-degree field of view (FoV), and a 2-megapixel macro camera that can capture images at a distance of 4cm. It sports a 16-megapixel selfie camera.

The M4 Pro 4G also gets a stereo speaker setup. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v5, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an IR Blaster. Onboard sensors comprise a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, facial recognition, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass, accelerometer, and gyroscope.
