The OPPO Find X5 5G, OPPO Find X5 Pro 5G, and OPPO Find X5 Lite 5G were unveiled virtually on Thursday (February 24). They both have an Oppo MariSilicon X chip for faster picture processing. Oppo Find X5 and Find X5 Pro cameras are also software optimised in collaboration with Hasselblad.
The phones are also IP68 rated water-resistant. The Oppo Find X5 Lite 5G is the series’ first cheap phone. It’s just a rebadged Oppo Reno 7 5G introduced last month in India.

Find X5, Pro, Lite Price
In India, Find X5 8GB RAM + 256GB storage costs EUR 999 (approximately Rs. 84,500). The Oppo Find X5 Pro 12GB + 256GB variant costs EUR 1,299 (approximately Rs 1,09,900). The Find X5 Lite’s price and availability are still unknown.
It will be released on March 14. Pre-orders for both phones are now open in Europe. Aside from that, the Oppo Find X5 is available in Ceramic White and Glaze Black. The Find X5 Lite comes in Starlight Black and Startrails Blue.

Oppo Series Launch (expected)
Oppo also unveiled its new 50W AirVOOC Wireless Charger, available from mid-March. It will cost EUR 79. (roughly Rs. 6,700). Oppo Enco X2 truly wireless stereo (TWS) earphones were also unveiled.
The Oppo Find X3 was introduced last year for CNY 4,499 (approximately Rs 53,700). The Find X3 Pro cost EUR 1,149 (approximately Rs 97,100), while the Find X3 Lite cost EUR 449. (roughly Rs. 37,900).

Find X5 Specifications
The Oppo Find X5 has a 6.55-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7. An octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC powers the phone with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM. With a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor, an f/1.8 lens, and optical image stabilisation (OIS), the Find X5 has a triple rear camera configuration. A 13-megapixel telephoto lens is also there.

A neural processing unit (NPU), an image signal processor (ISP), and multi-tier memory architecture are combined in Oppo’s 6nm MariSilicon X chip for the Find X5. In addition to 18 tera operations per second (TOPS), the device has a 20-bit 120dB Ultra Dynamic Range. The latter is four times that of the Oppo Find X3 Pro. The apparatus can also process RAW images in real-time and enhance the signal-to-noise ratio by 8dB.
The Oppo Find X5 has a 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 front camera for selfies and video calls. The Oppo Find X5 has 256GB of non-expandable UFS 3.1 storage. Auxiliary ports include a USB Type-C connector and GPS/A-GPS. In addition to the proximity sensor and magnetometer are an accelerometer and ambient light sensor. It also has an in-display fingerprint sensor.
With a 4,800mAh dual-cell battery, the Find X5 supports 80W SuperVOOC wired charging, 30W AirVOOC wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging. The phone is 160.3×72.6×8.7mm and weighs 196 grams.

Find X5 Pro Specifications
The Oppo Find X5 Pro has ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12. There’s a 6.70-inch 10-bit QHD+ (1,440×3,216 pixels) AMOLED screen with LTPO technology and 120Hz adaptive refresh rate on the front. The phone’s screen is Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protected and supports HDR10+. In addition to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, the Find X5 Pro has 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM.
A 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main sensor with an f/1.7 lens is on the back. An f/2.2 ultra-wide Sony IMX766 secondary sensor and a 13-megapixel Samsung S5K3M5 sensor with an f/2.4 telephoto lens round out the camera arrangement. The primary sensor has five-axis OIS, and the camera has a 13-channel spectral sensor. This is to identify a scene’s colour spectrum better.

The Find X5 Pro also contains the MariSilicon X chip for better images. The Oppo Find X5 Pro has a 32-megapixel Sony IMX709 selfie camera with an f/2.4 lens. The Oppo Find X5 Pro storage is 256GB and not extendable through a microSD card. Auxiliary ports include a USB Type-C connector and GPS/A-GPS. A pedometer and a magnetometer are among the sensors onboard. A fingerprint sensor is also built-in.
Air Gestures allow users to operate applications like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok without touching the screen.
The Oppo Find X5 Pro supports 80W SuperVOOC, 50W AirVOOC, and 10W reverse wireless charging. It also has a 5,000mAh dual-cell battery. 163.7×73.9×8.5mm and weighs 218 grams.

Find X5 Lite 5G Specifications
The Oppo Find X5 Lite dual-SIM (Nano) runs Android 11 with ColorOS 12. The phone’s display is full-HD+ with a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a 90Hz refresh rate, the phone’s display is full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels). Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protects the display. On the inside, there’s an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM.
