The much awaited Motorola Moto Edge 30 Pro 5G has finally been launched in India. The smartphone is indeed a rebranded Moto Edge X30 which went official in China last year itself. Moreover, going by the under Rs. 50,000 pricing of the device, it is easily the cheapest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 smartphone in the market currently. Let’s jump right into all the details then!

Motorola Moto Edge 30 Pro 5G Price in India & Availability
The Motorola Moto Edge 30 Pro price in India has been set at Rs. 49,999. Moreover, this is the price set for the single 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. When it comes to the availability of the handset, it will go on sale via Flipkart from March 4 2022. The flagship smartphone will come in the Cosmos Blue and Stardust White.
On the other hand, the smartphone comes with a price tag of $999 which converts to around Rs. 75,500. Another thing to note here is that it has gone official as the Moto Edge+ in the US.
Talking about offers, the smartphone will be available at a flat Rs. 5,000 discount via Flipkart. Buyers who purchase the device via retail stores will get Rs. 5,000 cashback as well. Another thing to note here is that these launch offers are available for customers using SBI Credit cards. Additionally, there are benefits worth Rs. 10,000 for Jio users. There are no-cost EMI options of up to nine months for ICICI, SBI, HDFC and Axis Bank card owners.

The ultra-flagship smartphone offers a 6.7-inch full-HD+ pOLED display. In addition, the display offers a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. We also get to see a fast 144Hz refresh rate alongside DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage as well a 20:9 aspect ratio. Additional display features include 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection alongside an anti-fingerprint coating.

Under the hood, the Motorola Edge 30 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. This octa-core chipset pairs up with up to 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. In terms of software, the flagship device runs on Android 12 right out of the box.

Talking about photos and videos, the smartphone features a triple rear camera setup. The setup includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. The primary sensor is backed by OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation) and PDAF (Omni-Directional Phase-Detection Autofocus). In addition, there is a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
At the front, the smartphone flaunts a 60-megapixel selfie shooter with a f/2.2 aperture. Camera features include 8K video recording at 24fps, 1080p slow-motion full-HD video recording at up to 960fps and more. A Dual-LED flash accompanies the setup as well.

Motorola Edge 30 Pro packs a 4,800mAh battery along with 68W TurboPower fast charging support. You also get 15W wireless charging support alongside 5W reverse wireless charging support. There are stereo speaker on the flagship alongside that are backed by Dolby Atmos. The device sports a triple microphone setup along with an IP52 water resistance rating.
The device also packs all the essential connectivity options. These include 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS and NFC. The flagship phone uses a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer. When it comes to dimensions, the smartphone measures 163.06×75.95×8.79mm and weighs 196 grams.
