OnePlus, the renowned Chinese smartphone manufacturer, is rumoured to be preparing for the launch of its new Ace series smartphone in China. The upcoming device, expected to be called the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro, could hit the market sometime between July and August. While OnePlus is yet to make an official announcement regarding the Ace 2 Pro. A recent leak has provided insight into what could be the key specifications of the highly anticipated phone.

OnePlus Ace 2 Pro: Specifications (Expected)
According to the leak shared by tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is to boast a 1.5K resolution curved display with high PWM dimming. However, specific details about the display are still under wraps. Moreover, as per the tipster, the handset will come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Along with a large vapour chamber system for heat dissipation.
In terms of optics, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is to sport a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS). OnePlus is also likely to offer two charging options with the Ace 2 Pro. The base model is to come with 100W fast charging support. While the top-end variant will feature 150W fast charging support. Both models, however, are likely to pack the same 5,000mAh battery. Thus, ensuring long-lasting usage without the need for frequent recharging.
