Samsung is now pushing out a new software update to older Galaxy smartwatches. The latest update is said to bring out several new features. Not only this, but the personalization features consist of a variety of new watch faces. The wearables applicable for the update includes Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Watch Active2 and Galaxy Watch3 smartwatches.

Samsung Galaxy Smartwatches Latest Features
The first and foremost feature includes a fall detection update that helps to recognise hard fall for the wearable. Plus, the new update allows users to set to higher sensitivity for fall detection on Galaxy Watch Active2 and Galaxy Watch3. This feature will let you send an SOS notification to pre-selected contacts, assuring that the user can receive any support as soon as possible. This feature is not available for some of the Samsung Galaxy smartwatches.

The next feature of the group challenge allows the users to work out with friends regardless of the distance. You can add friends or family members to a challenge. This innovation lets you work as a unit or battle against each other.
The other updates in Samsung Galaxy smartwatches highlight advanced health features. It helps the users to track heartbeat, monitor blood pressure, oxygen, sleep and even stress. That being said, it also helps in Electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring. This particular feature is available only for Galaxy Watch Active2 and Galaxy Watch3 users.
Samsung had already revealed this feature to the Galaxy Watch 4 in four new markets – Australia, Azerbaijan, Paraguay and Georgia. Currently, this update is available in a total of 42 markets within the Samsung Health Monitor app. Also, Samsung is adding 10 additional watch faces from the Galaxy smartwatch 4. You will now be able to modify some of these watch faces to get more alternatives.
