The launch of the Nothing Smartwatch is imminent. The eagerly awaited debut of Nothing Phone (2) is on the horizon, offering a flagship experience surpassing its mid-range predecessor. The company generated buzz by filing the ‘CMF by Nothing’ trademark a few months ago, as discovered by Mukul Sharma. Back then, no details regarding the product or category were available. However, today marks a significant development as Mukul once again discovered the product listed under the smartwatches category in the BIS certification as Nothing D395.
Mukul’s recent sighting on the BIS certification unveils the reappearance of the product with model number D395. The BIS certification suggests that Nothing is developing a smartwatch designated as model number D395. The prospective launch of the Nothing smartwatch doesn’t coincide with the upcoming release of the Nothing Phone (2).

Carl Pei on Nothing Smartwatches Launch
Nothing CEO, Carl Pei, acquired the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro earlier this year to personally explore smartwatch technology. However, his personal assessment of the device led him to deem it “useless.”
Based on the recent BIS listing, the brand and its CEO appear to have undergone a change in perspective. The change indicates that the Nothing smartwatch could provide enhanced use cases compared to the Galaxy Watch5 Pro, as suggested by Carl’s statement. Carl’s purchase of the Watch5 Pro may indicate the company’s interest in assessing competitors’ offerings while testing its own smartwatch.
Regardless of the circumstances, the development of the Nothing smartwatch is certain, targeting the premium or mid-range market.
