In India, Nokia has introduced a new low-cost smartphone. The C12 Plus is the latest addition to the company’s C series. The smartphone is the third device in the C series to be released in India this year. Previously to the C12 Plus, the Nokia C12 and Nokia C12 Pro were introduced in India. The Nokia C12 Plus is the most expensive model in the series. The phone will be available with only one storage option.

The C12 Plus sports a 5-megapixel front camera sensor for selfies. The front camera is set within the water-drop notch at the top centre of the screen. The C12 Plus boasts a 6.3-inch IPS LCD with a 720 x 1512 HD+ resolution. A standard 60Hz refresh rate is there in the smartphone. The top and side bezels are relatively narrow. However, the chin bezel is pretty thick.
The C12 Plus will have a UniSoc SC9863A1, one of the most entry-level SoCs on the market. The processor has 2GB of Memory and 32GB of storage. This implies that the C12 Plus ships only with Android 12 Go Edition.
The smartphone also has a larger battery than its brothers. Under the hood lies a 4,000mAh battery. The phone still supports 10W charging using a microSD 2.0 connector. Moreover, the gadget lacks a fingerprint scanner but includes a 3.5mm headphone connector, a single speaker, Bluetooth 5.2, and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n connectivity.
The Nokia C12 Plus has a single 2GB RAM configuration in India. The phone has 32GB of internal storage and supports microSD cards. Furthermore, a memory card may be used to enhance storage up to 256GB. In India, the phone is available for Rs. 7,999.
