HMD Global has launched their latest entry-level Nokia C01 Plus smartphone in Russia. The smartphone comes with Android 11 Go Edition right out of the box. Moreover, the smartphone is actually a revamped edition of the Nokia C1 Plus that was launched last year. Additionally, the Nokia C01 Plus also comes with splash-proof casing, making it extra durable. The smartphone also comes with a detachable 3000mAh battery.
Nokia C01 Specifications
The Nokia C01 Plus features a decent 5.45-inch HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. Additionally, the display comes with a resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels. The entry-level handset runs on the latest Android 11 Go Edition right out of the box. Also, the phone comes with dual-SIM (Nano) slots.
On the processor front, the smartphone carries the Unisoc SC9863a SoC. This octa-core processor is paired with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Furthermore, the internal storage on the device is expandable up to 128GB.

When it comes to the cameras, the Nokia C01 Plus features a single 5-megapixel camera at the front. So, nothing fancy there. Just something for entry-level smartphone users to properly get by. On the front, the handset comes with a 5-megapixel selfie shooter. Additionally, both the front and back cameras come with LED flash.
The Nokia C01 Plus comes packed with all the necessary connectivity options as well. These include G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS and FM radio. Also, there is a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors like the accelerometer, proximity sensor and ambient light sensor are there as well.

The Nokia C01 Plus is fueled by a 3000mAh battery along with 5W charging support. Moreover, there is a Micro-USB port for charging. The dimensions of the smartphone are 148×71.8×9.3mm alongside a weight of 157 grams.
Price And Availability
The Nokia C01 Plus price in Russia is set at RUB 6,490. This converts to approximately Rs. 6,600 in India. Moreover, this is the price for the lone 1GB/16GB variant of the handset. The entry-level Nokia handset comes in two color options namely Blue and Purple. However, nothing has been revealed about the pricing and availability of the device in India as of now.
