When CD Projekt RED released Cyberpunk 2077 in 2020, it instantly became the number one talk of the town. However, not all of what was being said about the game was good. In fact, within weeks of purchasing the game, players demanded a refund. Not only was the game buggy and incomplete, it just did not hit the spot.
Yes, CDPR has been giving it their best shot at fixing the game. To be honest, Cyberpunk 2077 is currently in a much better condition that it originally was. That is a good thing but, something major is much needed. That is exactly what CDPR is working on right now alongside their next-gen Witcher 3 update.

This does not come off as a complete surprise as the developers were already hinting at a delay. Moreover, with more and more games getting delayed, it is understandable, owing to the ongoing pandemic. However, the fact that Cyberpunk 2077 is finally going to get significantly better soon is great news.
Besides, it goes without saying that The Witcher 3 is hands down one of the best games to have been ever made. The open world, combat mechanics, storyline and characters, all keep you hooked for hours on end. Such a game getting a next-gen update is just a huge thing for PC gamers. Although CDPR has not given an official rollout date for the next-gen updates, we can expect to hear about it pretty soon.
