The Moto G100 had gone official earlier this year and now, Motorola is reportedly working towards launching the Moto G200 very soon. This successor has now been tipped to launch in November of this year itself. However, an exact launch date is not known as of now.
To recall, the Moto G100 specs included a 6.7-inch FHD+ display. In addition, the display also comes with a 90Hz refresh rate. We also get to see the Snapdragon 870 powering the device along with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. On the camera front, the Moto G100 features a 64-megapixel quad rear camera setup. We can definitely expect to see the Moto G200 come with significant upgrades over the G100 specs.

Moto G200 Specifications (Expected)
According to the latest exclusive report by TechnikNews, the smartphone comes with the codename Yukon/Xpeng. Further, the report also tips that the smartphone will be launching in China on November, 2021.
In addition, this particular report also suggests that the Moto G200 could go official as the Moto Edge S30 in China. The device reportedly brings a bunch of upgrades on the display, processor and camera fronts.

Instead of the 90Hz panel on the G100, the G200 will come with a full-HD+ 144Hz refresh rate display. On the processor front, the smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. The octa-core chipset will pair up with 8GB of RAM as well. However, the report does not talk about the internal storage but we can expect to see at least 128GB of internal storage.
Moving to optics, the Moto G200 will most likely feature the 108-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL sensor. This particular sensor comes with a pixel size of 0.7um and can record 4K videos at 120fps. In addition, it can also record 8K videos at 24fps, which is indeed great news for all the mobile videographers out there.
Moreover, the Motorola Edge 20 Pro uses the exact same sensor as well. When it comes to software, the upcoming Moto G200 will run on Android 11 right out of the box. However, the report suggests that the Android 12 update will arrive shortly thereafter.
