The upcoming chipset will be an upgrade over its current flagship, the MediaTek Dimensity 9300, with new AI features. We can also expect the first phones to arrive with the chipset very soon. MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ To Arrive On May 7 With Focus On AI Features

The MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ will launch on May 7, 2024, focusing on AI features. It will succeed the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 from last year.

Furthermore, the event theme is “AI for Everything,” and demo images shared by Vivo have revealed some of its AI capabilities. The Dimensity 9300+ can leverage its generative AI capabilities to capture a photo and change the seasons inside it.

A leak has revealed the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ will offer better CPU performance. It will use an overclocked prime Cortex X4 chipset running at 3.4GHz up from 3.25GHz.

Furthermore, the processor has three X4 cores running at 2.85GHz, and four Cortex A720 cores clocked at 2GHz.Apart from the performance upgrade, the main focus will be AI features with a new AI Processing Unit.

In addition, the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ will likely debut with Vivo and Redmi phones. The Vivo X100s, Vivo X100s Pro and the Xiaomi Redmi K70 Ultra could be the first devices to ship with the chipset.

According to leaked benchmarks, the Dimensity 9300+ will have an AnTuTu V10 score of 2,305,267, higher than even the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Moreover, you can expect a Geekbench score of 1966 in single-core and 10244 in multi-core.
