Recently, Reliance confirmed that its affordable JioPhone Next smartphone will be up for grabs by Diwali, that is, on November 4, 2021. Now, ahead of its official launch, the live box images of the device by Reliance Jio have been leaked online. These images also reveal the back side of the retail box, which in turn reveals the JioPhone Next specs as well.
Noted tipster Bhupendra Choudhary took to his official Twitter handle to leak the live box images and specs of the upcoming affordable smartphone by Jio. This is an exclusive leak by Choudhary and from the looks of it, most probably a tie-up with an industry insider. Without any further ado, let us take a quick look at the details.

JioPhone Next Specifications
Starting off with the display of the upcoming phone, it will come with a 5.45-inch LCD HD+ display. So yes, we will be seeing quite a decent sized HD+ display on the device. In addition, the display will come with a resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels. We also get to know of its software details.

When it comes to software, the upcoming phone by Jio will run on Android Pragati OS. Previously, multiple reports suggested that we will be seeing a personalised OS on the devices and Pragati OS it is, from the looks of it.
On the processor front, the smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 chipset. This seems like a customised and specially made chipset by Qualcomm particular to power the JioPhone Next and it is definitely a great thing.
Further, the processor on the device will pair up with up to 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Moreover, the smartphone will also come with a dedicated microSD card lot. However, the expandable capacity of the device is currently under wraps.
For photos and videos, the JioPhone Next will come with a single 3-megapixel primary rear camera sensor. At the front, the device will come with a surprising 8-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls.

On the battery front, we will get to see a 3,500mAh battery which is good enough to fuel a low-end power efficient budget smartphone. We will also get to see dual-SIM support on the device. Moreover, there will also be a 3.5mm headphone jack as well.
