Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO has recently been on a roll with the iQOO Z5 series devices. The brand recently launched their iQOO Z5 5G smartphone in both India and China. Now, they seem to be gearing up for the launch of yet another device from the series, the iQOO Z5X.
The iQOO Z5X has been appearing on quite a few certification websites. Now, the smartphone has made an appearance on the Geekbench benchmarking website. 91Mobiles were the first ones to spot it on the benchmarking website. Thanks to the Geekbench listing, we know of its key specifications, ahead of its launch. Without any further ado, here is what the latest listing for the device tells us.

iQOO Z5X Specifications (Geekbench)
The Geekbench listing of the upcoming iQOO Z5 series smartphone has revealed quite a few things. The iQOO Z5X has been listed on the benchmarking website with the model number V2131A. When it comes to software, the upcoming smartphone will run on Android 11 OS right out of the box. In addition, we will most likely se the Origin OS 1.0 custom skin on top in the Chinese variants. On the other hand, when launched in India, it will come with the Funtouch OS 11 or 12 custom skin on top.

On the processor front, the iQOO Z5X is powered by the MediaTek MT6877V/ZA chipset. Now, according to the various reports, this particular model number belongs to the MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC. Moreover, this is a 5G chipset as well. Further, the chipset will be paired with 6GB of RAM, as per the Geekbench listing. However, we can also expect to see an 8GB RAM variant for the device as well.

Going by the TENAA listing for the device, it will arrive with a 6.58-inch full-HD+ display. In addition, the display will also come with a fast 120Hz refresh rate on the IPS LCD display. Moving to optics, the smartphone will come with a dual rear camera setup. The setup will include a 50-megapixel primary sensor alongside a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. At the front, the iQOO Z5X is expected to sport an 8-megapixel selfie shooter. For now, this is all that is known about the device.
