Apple smartwatch lovers now have to wait for more to get their hands on the Series 7. To recall, pre-orders for the Apple Watch Series 7 started on October 8, 2021. Although the sale had the intention to start on October 15, 2021. However, in an unanticipated delay, people who have pre-ordered the watch are being notified of a shipping delay for some units. Moreover, in some cases, the ship date is now going all the way back to December.
The reason for the delay can be that Apple is having problems with the production of the Apple Watch Series 7. This is just like the problems it’s facing with the new iPhone 13 line-up. Although customers in the US are the ones seeing a higher number of delays. Some units are tagging as “Currently Unavailable” on Apple’s online store for the region.

On the other hand, Bloomberg reports the more expensive Silver Titanium and Black Titanium variants are seeing the most delays. Whereas, Apple Watch Series 7 variants with the Hermes partnership are now pushing back, all the way to December. However, there is confusion because different users were able to get substantially different results.
Meanwhile, reports of supplies might stand as unusually limited. It also claims that production started later than usual, in September. These slipped dates all apply to deliveries from the online Apple Store. Currently, the preorder page for most models says Apple Watch Series 7 will be available to buy in-store from October 15, 2021.

Apple Watch Series 7 price in India starts at Rs. 41,900 for the 41mm aluminium variant. The 45mm variant comes with a price tag of Rs. 44,900. Meanwhile, the 41mm cellular version will cost Rs. 50,900 and the 45mm will cost Rs 53,900.
On the other hand, the stainless steel GPS+Cellular 41mm variant comes with a price tag of Rs. 69,900. Further, the Series 7 45mm variant will cost Rs. 73,900. Now, if you cash in Rs. 4,000 extra, you get the Milanese Loop model. The watch comes in the Green, Blue, (Product) Red, Starlight, and Midnight colour options.
