Vivo’s sub-brand, iQOO, is about to launch a new smartphone. Twitter account that shows a launch date poster for the brand’s iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition smartphone with selected specifications. The poster confirms Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, independent graphics chip Pro+, and other features for the upcoming smartphone. According to reports, the upcoming smartphone could be the same as the rumoured iQOO Neo 7s.

According to the poster, the upcoming Racing Edition smartphone will be out in China on December 29, 2022. However, there is no word on whether it will be available globally or in India.
Specifications
The upcoming smartphone will be coming with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. According to previous reports, the chipset will be coming with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, as well as other storage options.
In terms of other specifications, the Racing Edition may have an AMOLED screen with an FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It will most likely have a punch-hole cutout in the centre for the selfie camera.
The upcoming smartphone is to have a 50-megapixel primary camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. It will most likely come with the OriginOS 3 custom skin pre-installed. The Racing Edition will also include an IR blaster and an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
Meanwhile, the iQOO 11 series smartphones were recently released in China. The iQOO 11 series will be available in India on January 10, 2023.
