Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO may be launching their iQOO 8 series of devices in India soon. The 8 series of devices include the vanilla iQOO 8 and more premium iQOO 8 Pro flagship devices. Both the devices are highly anticipated in the country. The smartphone have already debuted in their home country, China. Now, from the looks of it, the devices are being readied for entry into the Indian market as well.
Popular tipster Mukul Sharma has now revealed that the iQOO 8 Pro has been spotted on the Google Play Console listing. However, it does not end there. He also reveals that the smartphone has made an appearance on the Google Supported Devices list as well simultaneously. Last week, the devices made an appearance on the Geekbench website, which revealed their processor.

Recently, the iQOO 8 launch date in India has been tipped to be set for September by noted tipster Debayan Roy. Now, the device’s making an appearance on multiple certification websites does hint at it even more. The good thing is we already know what to expect in terms of the iQOO 8 Pro specs and a rough iQOO 8 price in India via the global launch of the series. iQOO 8 Pro Specifications
Display
The iQOO 8 Pro specs include a big 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. In addition, the display comes with a resolution of 1,440 × 3,200 pixels. We can also see a 20:9 aspect ratio alongside a 92.9 percent screen-to-body ratio on the device. The display also comes with a pixel density of 517 PPI and HDR support.

Processor
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus SoC. The octa-core flagship chipset pairs up with the Adreno 660 GPU. The chipset and GPU are coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.
Camera Setup
The iQOO 8 Pro specs also include a triple rear camera setup. The setup includes a 50-megapixel IMX766V sensor with gimbal stabilisation alongside a 48-megapixel secondary ultra-wide-angle sensor. There is also a third 16-megapixel depth sensor in the setup. At the front, the flagship device sports a 16-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls.

Battery and Dimensions
One of the features that makes the device stand out is its 3D Ultrasonic wide-area in-display fingerprint sensor. The iQOO 8 Pro specs include a larger 4,500mAh battery when compared to the vanilla model. In addition, the battery pairs up with 50W fast charging support as well. The smartphone measures 165.01×75.2×9.19mm, and it weighs 202.5 grams, being on the slightly heavier side of things.
