Rumours regarding a possible successor to Apple’s iPhone 14 have started to surface. According to an up-to-date report, Apple’s next iPhone 15 probably has a telephoto camera on the rear. Furthermore, according to reports, Apple and Jahwa have agreed to produce and deploy an optical image stabilisation actuator for the iPhone in the second quarter of 2019, ahead of the 2023 debut.

KRW 191 billion (about Rs. 1,182 crores) would get invest in new production facilities for other OIS actuators, according to reports. This might explain why Jahwa is extending its South Korean manufacturing base since Apple often requests its suppliers. All to devote production sites for specific components.

As a result, new facilities may start construction in Gumi, but, Jahwa will likely need Apple’s approval before they can begin operations, which might take at least a year.
