Always-on Display
According to the report, the always-on display on the iPhone 13 series might look similar to the one on the Apple Watch. The lock screen will be simplified and always show the time and the battery level of the device. Although this feature is likely to drain more battery. It looks like the display will probably be less power-consuming than the one on the iPhone 12 series.
An earlier report on Bloomberg had also reported a similar leak. He claimed that at least one of the four new iPhones that are rumored to launch would have an LTPO display. The LTPO display is a technology that has the ability to dynamically adjust the screen refresh rates of the Watch in order to save battery life. Moreover, Ming-Chi Kuo had also said that iPhone 13 Pro lineup would have LTPO displays along with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
