Huawei Nova Y61 was found at the Huawei global site recently. The Chinese brand presents a new budget smartphone. It is an affordable smartphone that has been suggested as a successor to the Huawei Nova Y60 that was launched last year. The company releases its smartphones in mid-range, flagships and also foldable phones.

The Huawei Nova Y61 has a 6.52-inch HD+ LCD screen. Along with a 60Hz refresh rate. It may have power from an unspecified octa-core chipset. The smartphone runs on EMUI 12.

It comes with a 5,000mAh battery. The company even claims to provide 6 hours of online video streaming. This support 22.5W Huawei SuperCharge fast charging. The dual-SIM 4G smartphone is compatible with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, and NFC wireless connectivity. It even has a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. This has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

It is now on the company’s global site. However, the company has not revealed the pricing and launch timeline of the upcoming smartphone. The smartphone will be available in Midnight Black, Mint Green, and Sapphire Blue colours.

It has 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model. The storage will be available globally. But its 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant may be available only for the Asia Pacific region.

The smartphone features a water-drop style notch on the front to house the selfie camera. It has a triple rear camera setup. The smartphone has a 50-megapixel main camera with an f/1.8 aperture. It also has a macro sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. Also, a depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. It has a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter with an f/2.2 aperture. The camera setups are capable of recording full-HD videos.
