Google Pixel 9 Series Confirmed To Launch In India On This Date

Google has revealed the launch date of its next Pixel 9 series in India, which will likely include three models. The Google Pixel 9, Google Pixel 9 Pro and Google Pixel 9 Pro XL. The event will take place in August, where we could also see the debut of the Google Pixel Fold 2 and the Google Pixel Watch 3. Google Pixel 9 Series To Debut On August 13

The Google Pixel 9 series will launch at the Made By Google event on August 13, 2024, at 10:30 PM IST. However, it will debut in India a day later, on August 14, 2024.

Interestingly, this is a month before the October timeline when Google usually refreshes its Pixel lineup. This means we can expect the Pixel 9 series to launch before Apple unveils the iPhone 16 series in September.

The teaser hints at the redesigned camera module with a triple camera setup of the Pixel 9 series apart from new AI features with a focus on the word Magic. Furthermore, it mentions the Google Pixel lineup, thus further confirming the refresh of its flagship phones.

The Mountainview giant has also posted a teaser on its Indian social media account, mentioning the date as August 14. The Google Pixel 9 series will include the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL.

The Pixel 9 series will use the Tensor G4 chipset and offer up to 12GB and 16GB RAM on the Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro XL. You get a 6.24-inch,6.34-inch and 6.73-inch display with 120Hz AMOLED panel on the Pixel 9, 9 Pro and 9 Pro XL.
