The company’s first smartphone, the Nothing Phone (1), will be released in the summer of 2022. The smartphone will be available in India later this year, according to the company. The company has kept the details of its debut smartphone under wraps. However, nothing has been verified that it will be available for purchase on Flipkart prior to the launch.

The smartphone’s deal with Flipkart should come as no surprise. Last year, the Carl Pei-owned company debuted its first TWS in India, the Nothing Ear (1). Flipkart is the only place where you can get it.

Nothing in the document specifies that its cooperation with Flipkart for the Phone (1) “is an extension of a successful partnership that began in 2021,” as it intends to capitalize on the enormous market potential now available.

Details About The Launch of Nothing Phone (1)

At the time, there is no information about the Nothing Phone (1). In an exclusive interview with India Today Tech, the company stated that the smartphone will release in India between July and August, along with the rest of the world. “India is a key market for Nothing, and the India and worldwide launches of this smartphone will take place on the same day, much as the ear (1).” The launch will take place in July and August, according to Manu Sharma, Vice President and General Manager of Nothing India.

Sharma stated that the Phone (1) will primarily target tech-savvy or design-conscious users, without divulging the device’s features. Sharma further asserted that smartphones will break up the design monotony.

Furthermore, we know that the Snapdragon processor will power the Nothing Phone (1). It will come with the most recent Android 12 update, with Nothing OS installed on top. The company is likely to make an announcement on the debut date in the following days.
