Call of Duty Mobile is two years old now and is all set to bring in new events and changes in the game to celebrate that. We did get to see an Anniversary update last year but, this year will be very different. This is primarily because the Battle Royale mode of the game will get a major change.
Ever since it went up on the Google Play Store back in 2019, Call of Duty Mobile has had one map. Definitely, several changes have been made to that one map. From a graphical overhaul to movement changes, a lot of changes have taken place in the BR mode.
Moreover, we also got to see a new map in the form of Alcatraz. However, players wanted a full scale BR map to play on in Call of Duty Mobile. Something which would be the Miramar to BGMI’s Erangel. Something that would offer a fresh breeze of change to the game. Looks like their prayers have been officially answered.

Call of Duty Mobile Season 8 2nd Anniversary Update
With CoD Mobile Season 8 being right around the corner, here is a quick look at everything that the upcoming 2nd Anniversary update will bring to the game.
New Battle Royale Map – Blackout
People who have been big fans of the franchise know what this means to the future of the game. Blackout was the very first map that players truly got to experience battle royale on back in 2019’s Call of Duty Black Ops 4. That was basically the very first time players got to experience the true essence of the battle royale genre. Now, the classic map is coming to Call of Duty Mobile.

Further, Blackout is basically based in and around a construction site. However, it is not what it sounds like. It is a massive map where fighting it out can get very difficult. The complexities of the terrain is what makes Blackout such a difficult map to play in.
