The screen resolution for the Extreme Sports edition (not the official name) will be 410 x 502 pixels. According to Gurman, Apple may use the extra display area to show more fitness metrics on the Apple Watch face at once.
Unlike the ordinary Apple Watch in aluminium and stainless steel, the robust version will have a metal shell that is stronger than aluminium. The screen will be more shatter-resistant, and the battery will be larger. Apple will also announce the redesigned Apple Watch Series 8, which will offer an improved low-power mode
Along with these two models, Apple will update the Apple Watch SE. The S8 processor, which is a rebadged S7 chip, is expected to be used in all three variants. Apple is also expecting to release the new Apple Watch Series 8, which will include an enhanced low-power mode, new health capabilities, and maybe a new body temperature sensor.
