Now, opening apps will now show smoother animations in the Android 12 Go Edition. Animations are important for a good software experience, which is why Google is including the SplashScreen API. The API will let the users see a beautiful animation on the screen as the app loads, instead of simply nothing.
The Android 12, Go Edition’s Dashboard is backed with Privacy Dashboard. It will show the apps that have accessed the sensitive data, such as the location, sound from the microphone, and content from the camera, etc.
The regular version of the new android is having Nearby Share as one of the most useful tools. It permits Android phone users to share apps/data with each other. Additionally, lock screen profiles are added for easy switching between different phone profiles.
Affordable smartphones that run on Android Go will offer better battery life and storage due to their operating system. The Files Go app, which is included on all Android Go handsets, will offer the ability to restore deleted files for up to 30 days. The OS also claims to launch apps up to 30 per cent fast compared to previous Go edition Android versions.
