Ventura will only be available to macs launched after 2017. Here, have a look:

- MacBook Air 2018 and later

- Mac mini 2018 and later
- MacBook 2017 and later
What about Macs from 2016 and earlier?
If you are using a Mac of 2016 or earlier version, you will be missing out on this new macOS 13 Ventura software update. You can still use your mac but some of the apps might not perform as it is. Although you won’t notice the change right away, a lot of third-party apps will ask you to upgrade to the latest macOS 13 Ventura. Another thing is that outdated software is at more risk of getting hacked too.
