Infinix Note 8 is the successor to the Infinix Note 7 which will go on sale in India from tomorrow. The Infinix Note 7 specifications were revealed via NBTC certification on Geekbench. This time, the Infinix Note 8 specifications have been revealed through a listing on the FCC certification site. The smartphone has been listed on the site under the model number of X692, according to a MySmartPrice repot.

As per the images on FCC, the smartphone will feature a quad rear camera setup. Additionally, the setup will be integrated within a rectangular camera module at the top left corner. Also, the volume rocker and power buttons are on the right side of the device. The FCC listing does not reveal anything about the frontal design of the handset.

Infinix Note 8 Specifications
As per the listing, the Infinix Note 8 will feature a massive massive 6.95-inch HD+ IPS display. Additionally, the display will come with a resolution of 720 x1640 pixels along with an aspect ratio of 20.5:9. The smartphone will run on Android 10 OS with the company custom OS on top.
On the processor front, the Infinix Note 8 will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 SoC. The octa-core chipset will be paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. However, other variants of the device will hopefully be revealed on the day of launch. Talking about the performance of the device, it has managed to score 373 in the single-core and 1295 in the multi-core tests.
For photography and videography, the Infinix Note 8 will come with a slightly better camera setup than the Note 7. The Note 7 features a quad rear camera setup. The setup includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, 2-megapixel macro sensor, 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a low-light camera sensor along with quad-LED flashlights. On the front, the smartphone comes with a 16-megapixel selfie shooter. The Note 8 will reportedly come with a 64-megapixel primary sensor. Apart from that, the rest of the setup will most likely be the same.

The Note 8 also packs a large 5100 mAh battery with 19W fast charging support, as per reports. Furthermore, we will also see important connectivity options like WiFi, LTE and Bluetooth 5.0 on the device.
This is all that we know about the device at the moment. However, as the smartphone is slowly getting all the certifications, the launch might be nearer than one might think.
The smartphone comes with a variety of power packed features and is indeed promising. Furthemore, the MediaTek Helio G80 indicates how the company is slowly focusing on budget gaming.
